Ambassador Denis Yap Lepatan and Embassy officials met with executives of pharmaceutical company Novartis at its headquarters in Basel on 01 October 2019. The meeting discussed the programs and operations of Novartis in the Philippines, including its access programs in Palawan in collaboration with stakeholders including the Department of Health.
